We have been living in an apartment managed by RSH Realty. The owner of the property is very kind. The experience of living in the apartment is very wonderful. The apartment is very modern, and the usage of all the equipment are very efficient, and everything is so easy to keep clean. The apartment is very warm in winter and very cool in summer. During the whole summer, we didn't even need to turn on the air condition in the apartment! When our friends visit us, they all want to stay longer because this is such a nice place to stay. We get together inside the modern apartment, and also outside in the beatiful yard. We are happy living in the apartment, this is the place that we call home. .
Absolutely the best landlords we have ever had. From the moment we viewed an apartment with RSH, we knew we wanted to live somewhere they managed. They truly treat you like family, and like they would want to be treated. One time we locked ourselves out of our apartment, and not only did they drive to us to being a key, they brought us a bottle of wine to help with our stressful evening. When we finally decided to move out of an apartment they managed to buy our first home, it was actually a con that we couldn’t have them as landlords anymore. Truly a great group run but truly amazing people. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
From the first walk through until the day we moved out 5 years later, we've had a fantastic experience staying at a RSH Realty property. We were able to really make the place ours and had great amenities such as the garage, huge yard, and on site laundry. The apartment was had updated kitchen and appliances and a lovely deck. Any time we called Pete about an issue or something in need of repair he always had someone out within 24 hours. The response time was incredible. We loved living at our apartment and really appreciate the hospitality and service of the folks managing it!
When we first moved back to Chicago we had the HARDEST time finding a nice apartment, with good management. After a three month search we found an apartment owned by RSH Realty and from the moment we toured to applying to moving in it was seriously the best housing experience I have had yet. We lived in that apartment for three full years and loved every second of it. The owners were super attentive and always a pleasure to work with.We were really able to make this place our “home”, we are so grateful for RSH Realty. We were sad to have to leave due to a job transfer, we would have stayed with this company for years to come!
